Famous sauce. Semi-spicy

Almost all the ingredients used are seen on the photo. The quantity of salsa which has to come out equals approximately a food grade plastic bucket of 3 liter.

So, let us figure out what products we need to cook this salsa:
1. Fresh parsley (a bunch with stalks pressed and corded up, diameter of 5 cm. Only leafs can be used, that’s why the bunch is enormously big)
2. Cilantro (this herb is not so lush as parsley, thin stalks can be used and when it is cut the quantity should be equal to the quantity of parsley)
3. Basil (when it is finely chopped the quantity coming out should be equal to the size of man’s fistful.
The herbs are finely chopped manually or in food processor.
4. Garlic — 2 big bulbs (smash, sprinkle with 1 tb. spoon of salt, mix up and leave for 10 minutes)
5. Walnut — 300 gr (smash/grind into mush)
6. Juice of 1 big lemon
7. Vinegar — 1 tb. spoon (if you wish)
8. Can of MILD CURRY (not a spicy sauce based on curry, not the main ingredient but preferable)
9. Fresh ground pepper — 1 tb. spoon (I use a mixture of peppers)
10. Sugar — 2 tb. spoons (salt is already mixed with garlic)
11. Hot Chili or Cayenne pepper — 1 pod, finely chopped (I'm not going to turn the sauce into a «fire» mixture, since the meat itself is fresh and delicious. However, the fans of spicy food may increase the quantity according to their taste).
12. TOMATE FRITO — the main ingredient («fried tomatoes», contain: tomatoes, vegetable oil, and corn thickener) — 2 liters.
It is possible to change the texture of the sauce according to your wish. I would recommend the texture of sour cream. Mind that the sauce will thicken a bit itself in 24 hours.
All the ingredients should be thrown in a big bowl and mixed up thoroughly with wooden spoon.
Do not taste the sauce straight after you finished preparing it. Leave it for 24 hours minimum so that it could infuse and soak (it is allowed to stir the sauce periodically). The more the sauce soaks the better it tastes. It can be stored refrigerated for 2−3 months.
Perfectly served with all meals, except for the fish.
