Fried oranges!

This day turned out to bring new surprises.

Fresh oranges, pineapple and banana in tempura batter.

2 eggs, pinch of salt, half-glass of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 200 gr of cream cheese, 1−1,5 glass of flour, half-glass of milk. All the ingredients were well-mixed by blender. Then the orange peel was added. And what was left only to fry the sliced fruits quickly in the mode «dip in and fry».

It’s highly recommended to serve the meal with maple syrup.
