Ratatouille. Salteado. Sauté

In our region, in Catalonia any vegetables fried in wok are often called Salteado. So, many products can be useful when cooking salteado. Yesterday the following ingredients were helpful:
Pork
Pepper (red/green/any other)
Tomatoes
Zucchini
Egg-plant
Onion/garlic
Cilantro
Chinese cabbage
Salt/pepper/olive oil
It can be hardly called a recipe because it is too easy to cook. All the ingredients are thrown into the pan and fried a little. The whole process is well-seen on the list. It took 35 minutes in total.
